The Staging Department’s Executive Team have a combined experience of over 50 years delivering flawless events.

Executive Team:

Jack Clough, President & CEO

Jack Clough is Owner, President and CEO of The Staging Department. He began his career as an entry level technician, and worked his way through all facets of the production industry from operations to sales to executive management. Through the years, Jack gained experience in virtually every aspect of the industry before he opened the door to TSD. He oversees all aspects of this flourishing company with a hands-on approach to ensure that every client receives incomparable service, resulting in an unprecedented production. Jack is responsible for managing and maintaining TSD’s growth and expansion by: exceeding client expectations; continually finding ways to add value to the services provided; and constantly updating his expertise on the latest and advancing technologies. With his entrepreneurial spirit, technological know-how and unique management style, Jack directs the team to provide service with excellence, while making an impressive and everlasting impact.

Jack is based out of TSD’s Corporate Headquarters, located in Orange County, CA.

JC Clough, Vice President / Executive Producer

JC Clough brings more than 10 years experience to his role as Executive Producer & Vice President. Co-Creator of TSD, JC is responsible for the day-to-day operations as well as production logistics. JC is highly detail-oriented and thrives on collecting every last piece of information to ensure a smooth and flawless event. He enjoys collaborating with clients on the best way to execute their events and providing them the most cost effective solutions.

JC is based out of TSD’s satellite office, in Las Vegas, NV.

Anita Caspers, Senior Account Manager

Anita Caspers has a long history in client service. She began her career in video production managing a wide range of clients in the automotive, high-tech, pharmaceutical and consumer goods industries. Developing business in the event marketing arena since 1993, she has expanded her account management skillset to include live events, meetings and trade shows. Her responsibilities at TSD include securing client contracts, developing production and event concepts, implementing marketing strategies and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Anita is based out of TSD’s satellite office, in Los Angeles, CA.

Creative & Technical Team:

Greg King, Creative Producer & Video Designer

Greg is able to strategize an entire event’s media, following or creating new brand strategies; create interactive design, write awards, general session, and video scripts; and create meeting themes and formats. By directing clients in conceptualizing their events, each event is unique and tailored to their business. Developing and producing engaging opening videos, product highlight videos, sponsorship videos, and on-site candids modules are just some of Greg’s specialties.

Paul Bresenden, Creative Producer & Graphics Designer

Creating powerful presentations that accurately represent a client’s messaging is the key to a successful meeting. Paul’s gift is translating a clients spoken and unspoken vision and creatively weaving graphics, video animation and technology to bring that vision to life.

Mike Maldonado, Creative Producer & Set/Scenic Designer

Fabricating stage sets, constructing elaborate room environments and employing the out-of-the-box thinking imperative to giving attendees an experience that is enticing and elevating is Mike’s passion.

Mark Cummings, Technical Director

Planning and coordinating all technical elements of the show is Mark’s charge. In seamlessly leading the audio, lighting, presentation graphics and video personnel to deliver flawless events, during pre-production and on-site, our clients receive a comfort level that is incomparable.
