Mary Lou Clough

President & Chief Executive Officer

Mary Lou serves as President and Chief Executive Officer of The Staging Department. Since the company's founding, she has been instrumental to its operations and long-term success, working alongside her late husband, Jack Clough. Today, she continues to advance the Clough legacy by leading the organization through a period of growth and strategic expansion. Under her leadership, TSD remains committed to exceeding client expectations, strengthening the value of its services, and adopting innovative technologies to maintain a leading position in the industry. Mary Lou places the highest confidence in her accomplished team, whose expertise and dedication are integral to the company's continued success.

Justin Koerner

Technical Producer

Justin is an accomplished Technical Producer with over 27 years of experience managing the logistical and technical aspects of large-scale events, from corporate conferences to live entertainment. As a master of graphics and editing, Justin collaborates with client marketing teams to ensure branding is in line with the client’s vision.  He is renowned for turning ambitious event concepts into technical reality. With a strong background in both live and virtual productions.  Justin has demonstrated a mastery of integrating cutting-edge technology—including advanced AV systems, hybrid event platforms, and interactive installations—to elevate attendee engagement through seamless integration of audio-visual, lighting, and streaming technologies. A creative problem-solver, Justin is driven by a passion for delivering exceptional, reliable, and innovative event experiences.
