President & CEO
Mary Lou plays a pivotal role in driving TSD’s growth and expansion. She leads with a commitment to surpassing client expectations, strategically elevating the value of our services, and leveraging cutting-edge technologies to keep TSD at the forefront of the industry.
JC Clough
Vice President of Event Operations & COO
JC directs TSD’s daily operations and production logistics, ensuring every event is delivered with accuracy, efficiency, and excellence. He works closely with clients to design strategic, cost-effective solutions that achieve maximum impact and bring their vision to reality.
Jose’ Matos
Director of Event Operations
Jose is responsible for the successful execution of all TSD events, working alongside JC and Mary Lou to coordinate equipment and technical personnel with precision. He provides on-site management to ensure every detail runs smoothly while collaborating directly with clients throughout the process.
Justin Koerner
Technical Producer
Justin collaborates with advertising agencies, PR, sales, marketing teams, and corporate image firms to build strong promotional branding and awareness. In addition, he is an accomplished video editor, graphic designer, and webcast engineer.

As Executive Producer & Senior Stage Designer, Mike combines years of industry experience with a passion for creating dynamic scenic and lighting designs.
